White Sparrow

Saw a flash of white fly by my window and grabbed my camera, didn't have time to change to a longer lens so this is a very tight crop to provide a good view. After a bit of research, appears this little one has leucism which prevents melanin from depositing in it's feathers.

Atlanta Hawk

While visiting Atlanta to attend a graduation on the Emory campus had the opportunity to see an Atlanta Hawk flying over head. Shot from a balcony about 6 stories up which made for a nice up close opportunity.
